* Delivered Training of Trainers on KPI-based PMS for Core Teams.
* Conducted KPI Selection Workshops for first- and second-line managers.
* Built Corporate, Departmental, and Individual scorecards using the demo software
* Cascaded goals and KPIs end-to-end within the system
* Educated all users to ensure readiness and ownership
Today, with confident users and aligned scorecards, the operational 'PeopleScore' software is officially live.
