At AWE Asia 2026 in Singapore, our Co-Founder & CEO Minhaz Us Salakeen Fahme, addressed a critical reality often overlooked in the XR conversation.

While XR continues to inspire with its possibilities, the barriers to access remain significant. High device costs, such as those seen with advanced headsets, limited internet infrastructure in many regions, and the lack of trained educators all contribute to a gap that cannot be ignored. For many communities, especially in developing regions, these challenges make adoption far from straightforward.

This perspective highlights an important truth: for XR to truly scale and create impact, these foundational barriers must first be acknowledged and addressed.

This is the first part of a continuing conversation.

Position: Back-end Developer
Application Deadline: April 20, 2026
Location: Baridhara, Dhaka.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Technology Stack
Strong experience in Microservices architecture using Java (Spring Boot), Redis, Apache Kafka, Docker, ELK Stack, Kubernetes, AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront), and GraphQL.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using modern frameworks and technologies, using Microservices architecture using Java (Spring Boot).
2. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
3.Integrating GraphQL API, sockets, internal web services ensuring high performance on Mobile and Desktop.
4.Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Qualifications and Skills
1. Proven experience as a Backend Developer (3 to 5+ years preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture using Java (Spring Boot).
3. Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and Microservices architecture
4. Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
5. Knowledge of Git version control
6. Good problem solving skills
7. Experience with Docker / AWS
8. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
