Role Overview
The Manager – Managed Service is responsible for leading sales and service operations across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring sustainable business growth and high customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in key client acquisition and relationship management while aligning with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive and achieve assigned sales targets across B2B and B2C segments by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
· Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to improve performance, productivity, and target achievement.
· Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
· Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality sales presentations and customized proposals.
· Guide the team in executing sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless and efficient service ex*****on.
· Monitor and ensure proper use of CRM systems for tracking leads, pipeline, and client interactions.
· Review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and profitability goals during negotiations and deal closures.
· Represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and business forums.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
· Experience in trade business and managed services is highly preferred
· Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales environments, Compensation & Benefits
