Role Overview
The Manager – Managed Service is responsible for leading sales and service operations across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring sustainable business growth and high customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in key client acquisition and relationship management while aligning with overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
· Drive and achieve assigned sales targets across B2B and B2C segments by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
· Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to improve performance, productivity, and target achievement.
· Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
· Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality sales presentations and customized proposals.
· Guide the team in executing sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless and efficient service ex*****on.
· Monitor and ensure proper use of CRM systems for tracking leads, pipeline, and client interactions.
· Review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

International Office Machines Limited (IOM) is expanding and seeking a dynamic Manager – Sales (CTG Branch) to lead its sales team. The role requires a strategic and result-oriented leader to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, develop effective sales strategies, and expand business across corporate, SME, and B2B segments while ensuring strong client relationships and overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the MD’s time is optimized and business operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Diary & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
