SkyTech Global Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on IT Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, VICIdial, Asterisk/VoIP, Linux Server Administration, and Networking, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and manage critical IT infrastructure and applications.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: IT Operations Engineer (Vacancy: 01)
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: 40k to 60k
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: 10 AM- 7 PM

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Strong hands-on expertise in PHP for code debugging, modification, maintenance, and feature development.
• Advanced knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB & SQL, including JOINs, subqueries, aggregations, complex queries, and database troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with VICIdial/ViciBox, including campaign configuration, inbound/outbound dialing, agent management, hopper management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Asterisk/VoIP, including SIP, trunks, dialplans, IVR, queues, CDR, call routing, and call troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Linux Server Administration, including CLI, Apache/PHP, system services, logs, cron jobs, permissions, and performance troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Networking, including TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, DNS, NAT, VPN, and firewall configuration.
• Working knowledge of MikroTik/FortiGate will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/AJAX.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve server, application, network, VoIP, and dialer-related issues.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation, configurations, and system records.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be an added advantage:

• Laravel / PHP Framework
• Git / GitHub
• WebRTC / Softphone
• SIP & VoIP troubleshooting
• Call Center / BPO / Dialer environment
• Linux-based production environments
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
