1. Experience in a call center, customer service, telemarketing, business development or similar role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Bengali
3. Any CRM Software administration and complaint monitoring
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
1. 0–6 Months of experience in a call center, customer service, telemarketing, business development or similar role.
2. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
