Seative Digital is looking for a creative, analytical, and AI-savvy Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, drive engagement, and generate qualified business leads.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Plan, create, manage, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, and X (Twitter).
• Develop and execute data-driven social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze marketing reports, track KPIs, and optimize overall performance.
• Improve content strategy, audience engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Implement AI-powered marketing workflows, tools, and strategies.
• Manage marketing outreach and identify potential business opportunities.
• Write compelling marketing copy, captions, and basic promotional content.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐈-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Basic copywriting skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple social media and marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design, SaaS, or web development industries is a plus.
