About the Role
TechGenix Studio is looking for experienced and motivated Vendor Managers to join our growing Property Preservation & Maintenance operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing vendor relationships, managing onboarding processes, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with vendors across the United States Property Preservation industry.
🔹 Manage vendor recruitment, qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
🔹 Coordinate work orders, assignments, and project updates through the Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) platform.
🔹 Ensure vendors remain active, responsive, and compliant with client requirements.
🔹 Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and operational terms with vendors.
🔹 Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and maintain smooth communication between clients and field crews.
🔹 Expand the company's vendor network through strategic sourcing and business development initiatives.
🔹 Track vendor performance metrics and ensure service quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Vendor Management within the Property Preservation & Maintenance Industry.
✅ Strong verbal and written English communication skills with excellent grammar and professional email etiquette.
✅ Experience working with PPW, MortgageFieldServices, Safeguard, Cyprexx, Five Brothers, MCS, or similar Property Preservation platforms is highly preferred.
✅ Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online management tools.
✅ Fast typing speed and strong attention to detail will be considered an advantage.
✅ North American communication style or accent is a plus.
Educational Qualification
🎓 Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university.
