● Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
● Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content initiatives
● Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize ROI
● Develop and implement lead generation and customer acquisition strategies for overseas clients.
● Onboarding overseas B2B clients using LinkedIn or other methods.
𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
● Design integrated marketing campaigns combining online and offline channels
● Coordinate with creative, content, and development teams for campaign alignment
● Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
● Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, engagement, CAC, and ROI

● Present marketing performance reports to senior management

● Lead and mentor digital marketing and brand team members
● Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts
● Manage overseas vendors when required.
● Supervise Digital Marketing Executives, Designers, and Content Creators.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations of the digital team.

● Performance Max & Display: Scale reach through PMax, Display, and Video (YouTube) ads to ensure brand dominance.
● Bidding & Budgeting: Expertly manage Smart Bidding, Manual CPC, and budget allocation to maximize conversion value.

● A/B Testing: Constant testing of creatives, landing pages, headlines, and audience segments.
