Launch of “Shubheccha” and “Druto Ticket” Digital Platforms

To strengthen engagement with Non-Resident Bangladeshis, expand access to public services, and ensure transparent travel arrangements nationwide, the Interim Government of Bangladesh has officially launched the “Shubheccha” mobile application, and the “Druto Ticket” centralized online ticketing platform.

RedDot Digital Limited served as the development partner for both platforms.

On Tuesday, 10 February 2026, Special Assistant to the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT Faiz Ahmed Taiyeb, ICT Division Secretary Shish Haider Chowdhury, and other senior officials presented the two digital services to Honorable Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus. The platforms were formally briefed at the State Guest House Jamuna in the evening.

Through the Shubheccha app, Non-Resident Bangladeshis can now access more than 100 government services through a single channel.

The Druto Ticket platform has been introduced to prevent irregularities and ensure transparency in bus, rail, and air travel, especially during peak travel seasons and national holidays.

Expressing appreciation to all stakeholders involved, the Chief Adviser stated that the objective is to ensure government services reach citizens without inconvenience. He emphasized that this launch marks only the beginning and that the platforms must continue expanding to reach more people, with the expectation that future governments will further advance these initiatives.
