তিতুমীর কলেজ আইটি সোসাইটি (TCITS) আয়োজিত “Comprehensive Google Workspace Tools and Application” কোর্সের সর্বশেষ সেশনটি শিক্ষার্থীদের সক্রিয় ও উৎসাহব্যঞ্জক অংশগ্রহণের মধ্য দিয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে।

শেষ সেশনটি ছিলো "Google Sheets Fundamentals: Mastering Data Management" এর দ্বিতীয় ক্লাস। গুগল শিটেই লুকিয়ে আছে ডেটা ম্যানেজমেন্টের চমৎকার বিষয়গুলো! শিক্ষার্থীরা ম্যানুয়াল ডেটা এন্ট্রি থেকে সরে এসে কীভাবে ক্লাউড-বেসড স্মার্ট ডেটা ম্যানেজমেন্ট করতে হয়, তা হাতে-কলমে শিখেছে। ডেটা নিয়ে কাজ করা যে কতটা সহজ এবং মজার হতে পারে, তা এই ক্লাসটিতে শিখেছে অংগ্রহণকারীরা। এই সেশনে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা মৌলিক ফরমূলা, ফাংশনসহ ডেটা নিয়ে কাজ করার বিভিন্ন বাস্তবধর্মী পদ্ধতি শিখেছে। একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে রেজাল্ট শীট তৈরির মাধ্যমে কীভাবে তথ্যকে গুছিয়ে রাখতে হয়, স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ফলাফল তৈরি করতে হয়, কোম্পানির স্যালারি শীট তৈরি করতে হয় এবং ডেটাকে আরও সুন্দর ও ব্যবহারযোগ্য করতে হয়— তা হাতে-কলমে দেখানো হয়েছে।

আজ অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাচ্ছে “Comprehensive Google Workspace Tools & Applications” কোর্সের সর্বশেষ ক্লাস!

ডিজিটাল যুগে স্মার্ট ও প্রোডাক্টিভভাবে কাজ করার দক্ষতা গড়ে তুলতে আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল এই বিশেষ কোর্সটি, যেখানে Google Workspace-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ টুলগুলো ধাপে ধাপে হাতে-কলমে শেখানো হয়েছে।

কোর্সটির অন্যতম বিশেষ দিক ছিল — প্রতিটি বিষয় এমনভাবে শেখানো হয়েছে, যাতে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা মোবাইল 📱 এবং পিসি 💻 — উভয় ডিভাইস থেকেই সহজে কাজগুলো শিখতে ও প্রয়োগ করতে পারে।

ইতোমধ্যে ৮টি ক্লাস সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।
আজকের শেষ ক্লাসে থাকছে Google Sheets — যেখানে শেখানো হবে ডেটা ম্যানেজমেন্ট ও স্মার্ট প্রোডাক্টিভিটির বিভিন্ন কার্যকর কৌশল। 📊
