Job Title: Accounting Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:
The Accounting Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting in financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with VAT, AIT, and other statutory requirements.
• Review and verify expense reports, reimbursements, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting files and records in accordance with company policies.
• Provide financial data and analysis to management as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Summary:
The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of furniture production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities while optimizing resources, maintaining quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Supervise and coordinate factory staff, carpenters, machine operators, and finishing teams.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of woodworking machinery and tools (e.g., CNC machines, edge banding, panel saws).
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain production records, including output reports, material usage, and machine performance.
• Provide technical support for new product development, prototyping, and design improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage production inventory and finished goods.
• Assist in setting up production layouts and optimizing workflow for new projects or product lines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering.
• Prefer 2years of experience in furniture manufacturing or wood-based production industry.

• Good understanding of quality assurance, production planning, and inventory control systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Factory-based position with regular interaction with production floor staff.
• May require occasional overtime during high-demand periods or project deadlines.
