About the role
We're looking for a junior software engineer who wants to learn fast and build things that last. You'll work alongside senior engineers and designers on real products — shipping features, fixing bugs, and sharpening your craft on a clean, modern stack.

You don't need to know everything yet. You do need curiosity, care, and a willingness to own your work.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain web applications with modern JavaScript / TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
- Write clean, modular, well-tested code that the next engineer can pick up without friction.
- Collaborate with the team to design, build, and ship new features in steady increments.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Take part in code reviews — to improve your own work and learn from others.
- Pick up new tools and patterns as our products grow.

What we're looking for

- A solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of React or Next.js, and Node.js / Express.
- Familiarity with a database — SQL (PostgreSQL) or a NoSQL store.
- Comfortable with Git or another version control system.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging instincts.
- Clear communication, teamwork, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Nice to have

- Experience building real web apps with React or a similar framework.
- Some TypeScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development.
- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or similar).
- Curiosity about product-led work — we ship products like Sustha and TicZen alongside client engagements.
