After competing against 120+ teams in the online round, Team "The_Trio" has successfully secured their place in the Onsite Final Round of the Capture The Flag (CTF) competition at EWU National RoboFest 2026. 🚩

Their journey so far reflects dedication, technical expertise, and a strong passion for cybersecurity. As they prepare to take on the final challenges, we wish them the very best in representing their skills on one of the biggest CTF stages of the event.

A moment of pride for the Department of Information Technology (IT), UITS.

On 12 June 2026, at BRAC University, the CloudCamp Bangladesh Infinity AI Buildfest 2026 brought together thousands of young innovators from across the country to compete in one of the most competitive AI hackathons of the year. After intense evaluation rounds—ranging from idea screening to prototype demonstrations—only a select number of teams advanced to the Final Round.

The Infinity AI Buildfest 2026 brought together some of the brightest young innovators and aspiring AI developers from across Bangladesh, providing a platform to showcase impactful and production-ready AI solutions. Reaching the Final Round is a testament to the team's dedication, technical expertise.

Among them stood Team Vision-X, proudly representing UITS in the EdTech domain, securing their place with a vision-driven innovation:

One of the major highlights of the AI Buildfest was the prestigious “𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞” Only 100 participants from across the competition get the opportunity to compete in person, where they were tasked with building and deploying a complete AI application within just 60 minutes—offering a remarkable glimpse into the future of AI-assisted software engineering. Adding to this achievement, two members of the team (Vision-X), Al-Wahed Fardin, Ahnaf Tahmid Nafi, were selected as finalists for the Vibe Coding to Production (VCP) Challenge.

This milestone is not just about reaching the finals—it is about representing ideas, effort, and the spirit of innovation from the Department of Information Technology, UITS, on a national stage.
