Open Positions:
📌Junior Graphics Designer
Salary: BDT 20,000–25,000 (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
2️⃣ Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, presentations, and corporate collateral.
3️⃣ Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaign visuals.
4️⃣ Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
5️⃣ Stay updated with design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas.
Requirements:
✔️ Graduate in any relevant discipline.
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience.
✔️ Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
✔️ Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
✔️ A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
📌 Video & Motion Graphics Editor
Salary: BDT 30,000–35,000 (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Edit promotional videos, commercials, corporate videos, and social media content.
2️⃣ Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
3️⃣ Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual stories.
4️⃣ Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high production quality.
5️⃣ Follow industry trends and optimize content for digital platforms.
Requirements:
✔️ Graduate in any relevant discipline.
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
✔️ Experience in motion graphics and storytelling.
✔️ Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
📌 Account Manager
Salary: BDT 25,000 (Based on experience & slightly negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
2️⃣ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
3️⃣ Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
4️⃣ Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and project updates.
5️⃣ Identify opportunities for account growth and client retention.
6️⃣ Monitor project progress and ensure smooth communication throughout ex*****on.
Requirements:
✔️ Graduate in any discipline.
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Management.
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔️ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
📌 Strategist
Salary: BDT 25,000 (Based on experience & slightly negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop marketing, branding, and communication strategies for clients.
2️⃣ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
3️⃣ Generate strategic campaign ideas based on consumer insights.
4️⃣ Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams.
5️⃣ Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
6️⃣ Present strategic recommendations confidently to clients.
Requirements:
✔️ Graduate in any discipline.
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Management.
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
✔️ Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
✔️ Understanding of digital marketing and consumer behavior.
📌 Generative AI Expert
Salary: BDT 8,000–15,000 (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Create AI-generated content for marketing, branding, and business purposes.
2️⃣ Develop effective prompts for various AI platforms.
3️⃣ Produce AI-generated images, presentations, documents, and videos.
4️⃣ Research and implement emerging AI tools to improve productivity.
5️⃣ Support internal teams by integrating AI into everyday workflows.
Requirements:
✔️ Graduate in any discipline.
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Practical knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
✔️ Strong prompt engineering and problem-solving skills.
📌 Research & Business Development Intern
Remuneration: BDT 5,000–10,000 (Based on Skills)

Office Location: Niketon, Gulshan, Dhaka
Compensation: Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall competency.
