What are the common and known issues for the Microsoft Access front-end with SQL Server back-end?
Network latency
can severely slow down performance because Access defaults to fetching entire datasets over the network instead of letting SQL Server do the heavy lifting.

Data type mismatches
between Access (like Attachment or OLE Object) and SQL Server can cause migration headaches and broken queries.
