Our 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝘅 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 were back in the field this week, continuing our mission to bridge the digital divide.

𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱:
📖 " Today, I had the opportunity to visit 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗸 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 and conduct the 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭𝟲 — 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺 for the students.

It was a wonderful experience to observe how confidently the students applied the Microsoft Word and Excel skills they had learned throughout the previous classes. The session was engaging, and the students participated with great focus, enthusiasm, and confidence. "

🌟 LEADERSHIP THROUGH COMMUNICATION | BUILDING STRONGER CONNECTIONS

Strong leadership begins with clear communication, thoughtful listening and mutual understanding.

On 15 October 2026, Apex DMIT held a Leadership Communication session at the Apex DMIT Head Office, focused on strengthening communication between leaders and their teams.

The session was facilitated by Ahmed Pasha, Corporate Trainer and Management Consultant, who guided the learning experience with practical insights and valuable perspectives on effective leadership communication.

As part of our Leadership Development Program 2026–2027, this session brought attention to the role of communication in building trust, aligning expectations and creating an environment where people feel heard and understood.

Leadership communication goes both ways. When leaders listen openly and team members feel confident sharing their perspectives, we create stronger working relationships and a shared sense of purpose.

North American Client & Vendor Operations

💰 BDT 45,000 per month

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

* Communicate with North American clients and provide day-to-day business support.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to keep work on track.
* Monitor service quality, resolve operational issues and escalate concerns early.
* Prepare accurate reports, maintain documentation and support payment coordination.
* Join client meetings, quality reviews and process-improvement activities.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
* University CGPA of 3.00 or above.
* Combined SSC and HSC GPA of 9.00 or above.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Excellent spoken and written English, strong listening and reading skills, computer proficiency, English typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. You should be comfortable analysing problems, exercising judgment and paying attention to detail.

Fresh graduates and professionals with up to three years of service-industry experience are welcome. ITeS, BPO or client-operations experience is an advantage.

Under the theme “Leadership Towards Excellence” the day long boot camp brought together our leaders for an immersive learning experience focused on becoming more effective leaders - starting with ourselves and extending to our teams and organization.
