In order to make a sharper team you have to put them in a room together.

We packed the 26th floor for an in-house Vibe Coding workshop. No guests. No outsiders. Just our own people.

Maruf Hossain, Md. Fahad Uz Zaman Khan, and Md. Tasdikur Rahman ran the room. They stripped away the theory and showed the team exactly how to build smarter with AI.

The room was full. The focus was real. Good work simply gets better when you learn from your own.

What happens when men from the highest mountains finally meet the endless sea?

Our Vivasoft Nepal team traveled all the way from Nepal to visit us. We knew we had to get them out of the loud, busy streets of Dhaka. So, we took them straight to Cox’s Bazar to see the longest natural sea beach in the world.

It was a beautiful meeting of two different worlds. The story of the mountains came right down to the crashing waves.
