"Our WIFI is not reaching the other building."

It is one of the more common calls we get, and the cause is usually the same. Wi-Fi does not travel well through brick, steel, or open ground. A router sitting in one building was never going to cover a second one properly, no matter how good it is.

The fix on this job was an outdoor rated access point, installed and cabled so coverage actually extends across the yard and into the far building. Not a repeater hoping for the best. A proper access point, wired back in, where the coverage was needed.
