Fluid transfer can involve more than simply moving fluid from one point to another, with filtration, flow measurement and recirculation often forming part of the process.

Trident Australia’s Transfer and Filtration Systems can combine these functions within a single unit, with fluid tanks also incorporated where ongoing recirculation and filtration are required. Each system is configured around what is needed for the application.

Our manufacturing team builds these systems in-house within stainless steel frames, incorporating equipment such as Pumps 2000 diaphragm pumps, Parker Hannifin filters and Hoffer Flow Controls flow meters where suited to the application.

As Trident Australia and RS celebrate SolarAid's 20th birthday with fundraising activities throughout the month, Parker has generously donated a selection of gifts for us to use as prizes for our internal fundraising.

☀️ This September marks a special milestone for SolarAid as they celebrate their 20th birthday, as well as one year since RS Group began supporting their work.

Throughout the month, teams across Trident Australia and RS will be getting involved in a range of fundraising activities to help celebrate the occasion and raise funds for SolarAid.

For 20 years, SolarAid has been working to bring clean, safe and affordable solar light to communities without reliable access to electricity. To date, their work has helped distribute 2.5 million solar lights and reach more than 13 million people across sub-Saharan Africa.

Trident Australia manufactures Accumulator Systems for a range of hydraulic and pressure testing applications, with configurations tailored to suit the required function of each system.

By providing additional stored hydraulic volume, accumulator banks can increase the available capacity of an existing HPU or enhance the capability of a pressure test system where additional stored hydraulic energy is required. Systems can be configured to suit the required accumulator quantity and capacity, pressure rating, valving, instrumentation and connection arrangements.

With fabrication, assembly and testing completed in-house at our Canning Vale facility, our team can manufacture anything from standalone accumulator banks through to systems configured as part of a larger hydraulic setup.

The Pumps 2000 HV75BY 3 inch High Volume Ball Valve Pump is built for applications where high flow and reliable performance are required.

With a maximum flow rate of up to 1,575 L/min, the HV75BY combines high-volume pumping with the ability to pass suspended solids up to 33mm in diameter. Working alongside our customer, the Trident Australia team recently completed the installation and pressure testing of instrument air tubing, while also designing, manufacturing and installing Pneumatic Control Modules to support the operation of pneumatic valve systems across the site.

Delivered within a live operating environment, the project required close coordination with other contractors and work crews, comprehensive pressure testing and a fixed onsite schedule. Our team delivered the work safely, on time and to the customer's requirements.

The project combined in-house manufacturing with onsite installation and pressure testing, supporting the successful delivery of the customer's scope.
