Why do IT technicians and security experts emphasize the importance of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)? If you're not using MFA on your major accounts—such as Facebook, email, and banking—I strongly recommend changing your passwords.

It's alarming how easily attackers can obtain sensitive information, so the best practice is to use a password manager. Personally, I use 1Password, which works well on both computers and smart devices. Additionally, activating MFA on your accounts adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind.

If you receive an MFA request that you did not initiate, I recommend resetting your password immediately.

Stay Safe Everyone.
