How long does your weekly project update take?

Most of the time goes on reading each board and writing it up. In monday.com, an AI agent can read the status, dates and recent updates already on the board, highlight blockers and risks, and write the update for you. You review it, then post it as an update, a doc or a Slack message.

Same board, same information, a lot less writing.

If the inspection is on paper, it hasn't happened until someone types it up.

In monday.com, a site team can complete an inspection in a form, attach photos and capture a sign-off. Each submission lands on the job board as its own record, linked to the job, and the activity log keeps a time-stamped history of who changed what. That's the kind of audit trail clients and councils ask for, without anyone retyping a clipboard.

Who on your team is quietly at 140% next week?
The Workload view in monday.com shows how much work each person has against their capacity. Anyone over capacity shows up in red, so you can rebalance before anyone burns out.

It works from the date or timeline column on your board, and capacity can come from each person's work schedule or a custom number.

If your Monday starts with chasing project updates, a dashboard can answer the usual questions before anyone has to ask.
Where does every project sit? What's over budget? What needs a closer look?

In monday.com, a dashboard pulls from your project boards into one view: a chart for status by project, a numbers widget for budget and spend, and a filtered view of the items flagged at risk. No update requests, and no copying figures into a slide.

We'll build the full view live on 5 Nov: https://events.teams.microsoft.com/.../6dae7e1c-b1b0-4e41...
Which widget would you add first?

A lot of a project office's week goes on
admin: working out what has changed, what's slipping,
and writing it up for stakeholders.

An AI agent in monday.com can take that on. It reads
the status, dates and recent updates on your boards,
highlights blockers and risks, flags when something
stalls or slips, and writes the stakeholder summary. You
choose whether it waits for your approval first or runs
on its own.

That leaves the project office spending its time on
decisions, not admin.

Most teams can tell you where a project stands. Fewer can say, in one place, what it's costing and who has room for more work.

On Thursday 5 November, 11am AEDT, we're running a 45-minute session on pulling projects, budgets and workload into one monday.com view. Lisa Tranter will walk through what that looks like once everything is connected.

Process knowledge shouldn't live in one person's head.

Here's a quick fix. Record a monday.com process with Guidde, copy the embed code, and drop the finished video into a monday doc using Embed everything. The how-to then sits right beside the board it explains, so a new starter doesn't have to hunt for it or ask around.

A shared inbox or request form fills up fast, and the first job is always the same: someone reads each request and decides what it is and how urgent it is before any real work starts.

An AI column in monday.com can do that first pass. You set the labels, such as request types or priority levels, and the column reads each request and fills them in. Your team starts from a sorted queue instead of a pile.

One tip: keep the label list short and clearly named. The AI works best when the options are distinct.

Where does triage slow your team down most?

Service history, odometer readings, and maintenance schedules split across separate logs means nobody has one place to see what's due, and on which vehicle.

We build this on monday.com as one fleet register, every vehicle's service history linked, overdue and due-soon sorted automatically, no more chasing paper logs around a depot.

If "which vehicles are due for service" takes more than one click to answer, let's talk.
