The Facilities Department at Lamee Technologies is seeking applications from enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Driver cm Facilities Assistant. The role is responsible for providing transportation services and coordinating various facilities-related tasks within the company. They play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of personnel and materials, as well as supporting facility maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities
Transportation services:
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, clients, and guests to designated locations.
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of company vehicles.
• Plan routes and schedules to optimize time efficiency.

Facilities coordination:
• Assist in the coordination of facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility services, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.

Procurement and inventory:
• Assist in procuring office supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications or training is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
• Familiarity with local traffic rules and regulations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
