Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Field Engineers IT/Desktop Support Engineers. The Field Engineers will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing field service and technical support to clients, and managing IT projects. The role will require regular on-site presence in Dubai. If Any one interested, Please DM me.
Qualifications
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in field service and project management
Knowledge of LAN networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and Microsoft servers and clients
Ability to provide wireless, telephonic, and videoconferencing solutions
Experience in PC and printer maintenance
Proficiency in formatting and installing operating systems, software, and antivirus
Ability to perform server and client backups and restores
Skills in data recovery and Windows password retrieval
Experience in diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and printers
Relevant skills and qualifications in IT support and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment would also be beneficial.
