About Creaxioedge
We’re a Harare-based digital growth company serving clients across Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, and beyond. Our work spans two areas:
✅ Digital marketing – social media management, SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok), content marketing, email marketing, and conversion-focused web design.
✅ Tech products – E‑commerce app and website, custom software, chatbots, lead‑generation tools, websites with referral systems, and instant quotation generators.
We’re small, ambitious, & people-first. We believe in hiring raw talent and building it up.
The Internship (3 months, paid)
This is a hands-on sales role, not a fetch-coffee role. You’ll be trained and mentored daily, and you’ll learn to sell both our marketing services and our tech products. Here’s what that looks like:
🗣️ Learn our product suite from scratch – we’ll teach you what everything does and why it matters.
📞 Start real conversations – with coaching, you’ll run discovery calls, listen to challenges, and recommend solutions.
🎯 Close deals – and earn uncapped commission on top of your monthly stipend.
💡 Contribute ideas – we hold weekly sessions where even the newest voice can improve how we sell.
By month three, you’ll manage your own mini-pipeline. Excel in the role, and you’ll walk away with a permanent Sales Associate position, a pay rise, and a career path in a growing company.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know anything about digital marketing or tech. We’re looking for three traits:
1. Quick thinking – when a conversation goes off script, you adapt and find a new angle.
2. Natural persuasion – you’ve convinced someone of something before (sold something, changed a mind, rallied people). We don’t care how small—we just want to see the instinct.
3. Team spirit – you share ideas, celebrate others, and help teammates grow.
