On behalf of myself and D’Cue Entertainment, I would like to thank each and everyone of you that attended and supported the first ever DCue DJ Awards show.

The event would not have been successful without the help of the D'Cue Entertainment Team and our planning partners namely Riders Lounge, Vibe Communications ZM, Ubuntu Africa Fashion, DOD MEDIA HUB and Maangaleta not forgetting our sponsors and partners namely Nomad's Court, ZED GOSSIP, Vakwatu Media, VITAL Beverages and Rivolt Chartered Accountants that audited the votes.

Many thanks to Dj Bizzy Wizzy, the Hostess, Hellen Zulu Phiri, the Award Presenters and the artists that performed on stage; Nez Long & Xaven-kopala-Queen, Roberto Zambia, B Flow, D BWOY TELEM and DJ OLly.

Thank you to the nominees firstly for accepting the nomination and thank you for supporting the movement to recognize your hard work in the DJs Booth. You were the major part of this event and now pioneers of the DJ awards. Lastly, congratulations to the winners, let us continue with the hard!

Above all, I would like to thank God for giving me this idea and support to action it.

This event is the first of many; I look forward to seeing you at the next D’Cue DJ Awards for 2023!

"TAMA" is an electric vehicle developed by Tokyo Electro Automobile Co. (which later became Prince Motors LTD) that was a spin-off of Tachikawa Aircraft.

When this car first rolled out in 1947, Japan was suffering from an acute shortage of oil, goods and food while the supply of electricity had a surplus since there were almost no home appliances or bulk users of electricity. Under such condition, with the encouragement of the government, there were many electric vehicles by start-up car manufacturers.

"TAMA" achieved the driving range of 96km and the maximum speed of 35km/h on the 1st Electric Vehicle Performance Test. It worked very well as a taxi until about 1951.

The model code is E4S-47 I. E is for electric, 4S is for 4-seater sedan, 47 is for the year, and the I stands for the initial type. The brand name "TAMA" comes from the name of the place where the factory was located.

It is not very well known that electric vehicles have a long history…they were running in Japan shortly after WWII and helped reconstruction of Japan.

Prince Motors LTD merged with Nissan Motor Company LTD. in 1966 and the “TAMA” was fully restored to the original specifications of the year 1947 and returned to moving state in 2010 when the production model of the electric vehicle "NISSAN LEAF" was rolled out.
