WE MUST CONDEMN THE UNRULY INCIDENT IN CHINGOLA!!!

RESPECT THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

We strongly condemn, in the strongest possible terms, the recent unruly behaviour witnessed on the Copperbelt, where a group of misguided youths disrupted President Hakainde Hichilema’s interaction with marketeers from Chiwempala Market, men and women who had just suffered the painful loss of their goods in a devastating fire.

What transpired in Chingola was not just a political miscalculation, it was a reckless and dangerous act that could have easily put the life of the Head of State at risk.

It is both disturbing and shameful that some individuals can find joy or justification in a situation that poses a threat to the life of our Republican President.

Let us be reminded that President Hakainde Hichilema is not just an individual, he represents the Office of the Presidency, an institution that carries the dignity, unity, and peace of our great Republic.

You may disagree with him politically, you may not like him personally, but you must respect the office he occupies. That is what separates responsible citizens from reckless ones.

Every Zambian has a duty to safeguard the dignity and safety of the President. The security of the Head of State must never be compromised, not for politics, not for clout, not for cheap popularity.

Those behind this shameful act must face the full wrath of the law, and heads must roll where negligence or misinformation is established.

And let this serve as an important reminder, the President’s kindness should never be mistaken for weakness. His patience, humility, and tolerance are deliberate acts of leadership, not signs of fear. The day he will choose to respond, let no one cry foul because every leader has a limit, and every action has consequences.

To our party structures and all well meaning citizens, let us rally behind the President and continue promoting peace, unity, and discipline. Let us reject violence, disrespect, and lawlessness, for these do not build nations they destroy them.

Zambia is bigger than any individual. Let us protect the peace we enjoy and preserve the dignity of the Presidency.

Hon Habeezu
Concerned Citizen.

We join hands in unity to mourn our former head of state Dr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu who died in South Africa after going through undisclosed illness.

As mourn our beloved leader we call upon all well meaningful Zambians to mourn with dignity and respect for our former head of state, it is indeed a hard time for the family and of course for many Zambians who rallied behind this man.

We also wish to extend our message of condolences to the widow The sixth First Lady Esther Lungu and the entire family

Being a good judge of talent typically involves a combination of knowledge, experience, skills, and personal qualities. Here are some key attributes that can make someone a good judge of talent:

Experience: Having experience in the field in which talent is being judged can be crucial. Experience allows a person to develop a deeper understanding of what to look for and what constitutes talent in that particular domain.

Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry or field is essential for recognizing talent. Understanding the standards, trends, and nuances of a particular field can help a person assess talent accurately.

Objectivity: A good judge of talent should be able to evaluate individuals impartially and without bias. Objectivity helps in making fair assessments based on merit rather than personal preferences.

Attention to Detail: Being able to observe and analyze specific details and nuances is important in recognizing talent. A good judge pays attention to subtleties that may indicate exceptional skill or potential.

Judgment: Having good judgment involves the ability to make sound decisions based on the information available. Being able to weigh different factors and make informed assessments is crucial in evaluating talent.

Empathy: Understanding the context and circumstances of individuals being assessed can help a judge of talent see beyond surface-level attributes. Empathy can aid in recognizing potential and understanding the challenges faced by individuals.

Communication Skills: Being able to provide constructive feedback and communicate effectively with individuals being assessed is important. Clear communication can help in guiding talent and fostering growth.

Continuous Learning: The ability to adapt and learn from each assessment can make someone a better judge of talent over time. Keeping up with developments in the field and being open to new perspectives can enhance judgment.

Intuition: While data and analysis are important, intuition can also play a role in recognizing talent. Gut feelings or instincts developed through experience can sometimes lead to valuable insights.

Ethical Standards: Upholding ethical standards is essential for being a good judge of talent. Fairness, honesty, and integrity are key principles that should guide the assessment of talent.

Overall, being a good judge of talent involves a combination of expertise, objectivity, empathy, communication skills, and ethical conduct. By cultivating these attributes and continuously honing their judgment, individuals can become more effective at recognizing and nurturing talent.
