Don`t be left out!! pass through the Ministry of Lands stand at the Agricultural show, make payments and complete your Titling process.

Payments can also be done through zanaco express agents across the country.

Make the minimum payment indicated on your offer letter during the Show Period to enable the Ministry of Lands prepare your Certificate of Title within approximately two (2) weeks.

📢 OFFER LETTER DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT – KALOMO DISTRICT

We wishe to inform all eligible landowners in Kalomo District that Offer Letter Distribution will be conducted from Monday, 27th July to Saturday, 1st August 2026.

Payment facilities will be available at both venues for landowners who wish to make the required minimum payment and begin processing their Certificate of Title.

KITWE COT/OFFER LETTER DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT📢

We are please to inform Kitwe landowners that we wil be conducting distribution of Offer Letters and Certificates of Title (COT) from 20th to 24th July 2026.

The following are the affected areas and collection points:

Ndeke - Beautiful Gates

Zamtan - Esther Lungu Secondary School

Chimwemwe - Kitwe Civic Center ( Room 3B)

Garneton - Kitwe Civic Center ( Room 3B)

All landonwers who received SMS notifications are encouraged to visit the designated sites with a copy of their NRC and a witness.

Payment options will be available at all issuance sites to enable landowners to conveniently complete their payments and continue with the title processing.

Commissioner of Lands Presents Certificate of Title at the Zambia International Trade Fair

The Commissioner of Lands, Mr. Shadreck Mbewe, yesterday 4th July 2026 presented Certificates of Title to landowners at the Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources exhibition stand during the 60th Zambia International Trade Fair.

The presentation highlighted the Ministries continued commitment to strengthening land administration and promoting secure land ownership through the National Land Titling Programme being implemented by the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources in partnership with Medici Land Governance.

The issuance of the Certificates of Title demonstrates the progress being made under the programme, which seeks to formalize land ownership and provide Zambians with legal documentation that guarantees security of tenure.

The Commissioner encouraged landowners who have received Offer Letters to complete the required payments to facilitate the processing of their Certificates of Title.

He further urged members of the public attending the Trade Fair to visit the Ministry of Lands stand and engage officers for assistance and information on securing legal ownership of their land.

KABWE COT ISSUANCE UPDATE!!🏠💥

The Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources in collaboration with Medici Land Governance are currently conducting issuance of Certificates of Title to Land owners who made the minimum payment towards processing of their Title. This exercise will run till 5th June, 2026.

The following are the collection points:

Makululu - Makululu Library

KABWE MINISTRY OF LANDS OFFICE will cover:

Makwati
C-Gate
Kaputula
Nakoli
Kakumbi
Kamushanga
Maipambe

All landowners who received messages are advised to visit their respective collection point with a photocopy of their NRC and a witness.

NOTE: A certificate of Title cannot be collected on someones behalf
