ISWE Solutions was proud to participate in the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association (ZAMEA) Annual General Meeting, where we had the opportunity to engage with M&E professionals, development practitioners, and industry leaders on the future of data-driven decision-making.
We showcased two innovative solutions designed to strengthen organisational performance and digital transformation:
🔹 ISWE MEAL – our comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning platform that helps organisations digitise the entire M&E lifecycle, from planning and data collection to evaluation, reporting, accountability, and organisational learning. ISWE MEAL enables organisations to move beyond spreadsheets and manual reporting by providing real-time dashboards, automated reporting, AI-powered insights, and a centralized environment for evidence-based decision-making.
🔹 ZAMEA Association Management System – a transformative digital platform developed by ISWE Solutions for ZAMEA. The system goes beyond traditional membership management by providing a complete digital ecosystem that integrates membership administration, a verified Digital Passport, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) tracking, a consultant marketplace, governance tools, and professional verification services. It empowers members with greater visibility, professional growth opportunities, and trusted digital identities while providing the association with valuable workforce analytics and insights.
We were also honored to attend a keynote address by Guest of Honour, Kusobile Stewart Kamwambi, Head of the Presidential Delivery Unit, who emphasized the critical role of innovation in Monitoring and Evaluation. She challenged M&E professionals to build systems that move organizations from data to decisions, ensuring that evidence continuously shapes and improves programme delivery and impact.
Thank you to ZAMEA for organizing a successful AGM and providing a platform for meaningful conversations on innovation, accountability, and the future of Monitoring and Evaluation in Zambia.
