1. Business Administrator
Job Title: Business Administrator
Responsible to: Managing Director
Job description: Supervising day to day operations of administrative staff and departments, Managing office, tasks, evaluating sales & marketing employees, taking corrective actions when necessary, developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.
Liaises with: Heads of Department, staff members
Requirements
- Self starter, self motivator
- Able to work under a deadline
- Have understanding of business and the business environment
- Good communication and interpretation skills
- Ability to successfully manager people
Qualifications
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Administration/Business Management
- Knowledge of some accounting skills will be an added advantage
- Computer Literate
2. Sales & Marketing Executives
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executives
Deadline: 28th February, 2019
Responsible to: Managing Director
Job description : contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies, help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered, maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service, aim to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas, sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions, maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
Liaises with: Heads of Department, staff members

Job description : Managing day to day cleaning and maintenance operations of offices, Managing in house cleaning equipment and tools, any other office tasks that may be required that need to be done outside the cleaning sphere i.e. buying of items etc.
Liaises with: Business Administrator, Heads of Department
Requirements
- Self starter, self motivator
- Have an understanding of cleaning equipment, chemicals and maintenance works
- Good communication skills
- Able to Read and write
- Adaptable
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Training in First Aid, Cleaning etc will be an added advantage
