It is with deep sadness and profound regret that the Probase Group announces the passing of our beloved Board Chairperson, Mrs. Sherry Thole. ​Mrs. Thole passed away in Zambia following a brief illness. She was a titan of the Banking Industry and a highly respected Non-Executive Director who served on multiple boards in Zambia. Her visionary leadership, integrity, and immense wisdom have left an indelible mark on our organization and the wider business community.

​On behalf of the Probase Group companies, management, and staff, we convey our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
