We are beyond excited to officially introduce Ponong Flames Netball Club's FIRST EVER team uniform! 🏐💖🔥
From a dream, to a team, to now proudly wearing our own colours — what an incredible journey it has been! 🥹✨
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us, donated, cheered us on from the sidelines, and believed in our vision. Every contribution, big or small, has helped us reach this special milestone. ❤️

Our under15 went and represented us this past weekend against the Golden Shooters and came back with a victory of 20-6 🔥✨🤌🏽

Yall just keep on making us absolutely proud of each and everyone of you🤞🏽✨

These young players came on court and really showed just how burning the court feels when they step into it , Ngithi kuvele kwa shisa 🔥🔥

They are in deed small match sticks put into one box each of them waiting to light up a fire that can never be put out. 🔥

Our Tournament last weekend was truly an extraordinary triumph, the challenges were fierce but we persevered to secure the victory 🏆

This was our first tournament being hosted at our home ground and we are proud to say we waved the PNG FLAG HIGH by securing the first place win 🏆

To the team players well done for the good job guys 👏 Proud of each and everyone of you 🤞🏽✨
