Good Day All !
We are currently looking to add a Junior IT Support Technician to our team !
Please note that this position is for Century City.
Minimum requirements
• Matric Certification A+ and N+
• Your own reliable vehicle and valid drivers’ license
• Comfortable working with both Windows, Mac, iPhone &
Android Operating Systems
• At least 1-year experience in the industry.
• Must be a team player, organized & efficient
• Self-motivated and able to work under little supervision
Job Specification
• Assist and support IT for in-house companies and
external clients – remote/onsite
• Setup and maintain user e-mail accounts
• Install and manage network printers
• Installation of network equipment
• Setup and maintain office computing which includes
repair/re-install and configure Microsoft Windows
• Operating Systems on desktops and notebook PCs
• Provide troubleshooting resolution and install/upgrading of
software
• Hardware troubleshooting & replacement
• Keeping log of all technical faults and incidents
• Liaise with external suppliers regarding repairs of
equipment under warranty
• Liaise with service providers to find solutions with systems
