Dear Valued Customer,

We sincerely apologise for the unexpected interruption to your internet service experienced earlier today.

The outage was caused by an unexpected failure of one of our core servers. As part of this incident, our bulk notification platform was also unavailable, preventing us from sending our usual service status updates while the fault was being investigated and resolved.

Our technical team responded immediately and worked to restore services as quickly as possible. Service has now been fully restored, and the affected systems have been verified to be operating normally.

We understand the importance of reliable connectivity and recognise the inconvenience this interruption may have caused. We also appreciate that timely communication is important during service incidents, and we regret that the server failure prevented us from providing updates in the usual manner.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved the issue. Should you continue to experience any connectivity problems, please contact our support team so that we can assist you promptly.
