🎨 An Updated Introduction
To all my new followers, welcome! And to those who have been following my creative journey for a while, thank you for being here. 🤍
I’m Monica Henschl, a self-taught artist and graphic designer, and I thought it was time to introduce the person behind the artwork.
My journey with art began at a young age. Apart from studying art in high school, I have no formal professional art training. My work has grown through years of experimenting, learning and simply creating.
I work with graphite, charcoal, soft pastel, acrylic and mixed media, often exploring texture and different techniques.
I find inspiration in nature, animals, the ocean, emotions and personal experiences. For me, art is about more than creating something beautiful, it’s about capturing a feeling, a memory or a story and bringing it to life.
This page is where I’ll share my artwork, works in progress, the stories behind my pieces, and my journey as I continue to grow as an artist.
