I’m looking for 3 new faces — 1 male + 2 females.

And if you know someone who should be in front of my camera, please share this with them or tag them below. Im sure they will appreciate it and I know I definitely will.

While exploring some other work, and I’ve realised I’ve been missing it.

There are new faces, new physiques and people coming into the sport who probably don’t even know my work yet.

So I want to get back into it and start creating some fresh work and meet new people.

Over the weekend we stepped into a forgotten space and turned it into something alive again.

An abandoned building, two artists, and a lot of trust. What came out of it was movement, tension, balance, and moments suspended in mid-air.

Great bodies aren’t built by accident. They’re earned through discipline, sacrifice, and obsession.

ART OF PHYSIQUE captures strength, aesthetics, power, and presence — the physique you worked for deserves to be seen properly.

Fitness season starts now.Step in front of the camera and show the world the body you built.

I’ve had the incredible privilege to photograph with some of the most amazing and dedicated women in the South African fitness industry.

Soft. Strong. Controlled.

This isn't luck - this is discipline shaped over time.

Most women never see themselves like this.

BUT YOU SHOULD.

DM 'PHYSIQUE" to book your Art of Physique session.

Modern day marketing. Visual communication is everything.

Unpopular opinion:
Most companies shouldn’t do studio headshots.
Why?
– It removes context
– Feels disconnected from the brand
– Hard to scale across teams
On-site, controlled setups create consistency and relevance.

All you have you have is that one moment.

“This isn’t wedding photography.
It’s how your story is remembered when everything else fades.”
