At TCS Wi-Fi, we're looking for a Branch Manager who is passionate about leading people, delivering great customer service, and making things better every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the branch, inspire your team, drive performance, and help grow the business.
We're looking for someone who:
β’ Has proven management and leadership experience
β’ Builds positive, high-performing teams
β’ Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
β’ Takes ownership and leads by example
β’ Has a keen interest in technology, the internet and innovation
Your role will include:
β’ Leading and developing your team
β’ Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch
β’ Driving sales, customer satisfaction and branch performance
β’ Identifying opportunities to improve the way we work
β’ Working closely with senior management to achieve business goals
