Dr VS Mncube Academy is a wholly owned BEE company which sustainably drives the project of bridging the gap between the University of Zululand Computer Science Students & the market place to shape educated individuals and fast-track the creation of employment. This is an imperative we take very seriously. This desire has fueled our growth in the Training and Development space sector allowing us to
reach the state we currently operate in. We have built a state of the art training facility in Randburg with a concurrent capacity of 150 allowing us the ability to train and develop over 300 individuals over a one-year period. Our belief is that, through education and coaching, we can improve employment opportunities therefore making a positive impact in the lives of our brothers and sisters. Dr VS Mncube Academy has designed a system which allows enrolment of graduates and tracks/monitors their progress. This system will be deployed nationally at TVET colleges and other partners to allow unemployed graduates to create a profile, upload a CV and seek out established partner services. This system aims to banish the silo approach to employment for graduates by electronically linking graduates/students to training interventions and ultimately placing them at employers all done through the bespoke system. The differentiator in this system, from a development point of view is image, career and life coaching which forms part of the curriculum creating a well-rounded individual that presents well at an interview and has the necessary basic skills to perform well at his/her first job. The Dr VS Mncube Academy philosophy is to provide high quality Training and Development solutions to its direct and indirect clients with an emphasis on service delivery by striving to exceed their expectations. This rare quality has allowed Dr VS Mncube Academy to grow swiftly whilst keeping pace with the rapidly developing Industry.
