⚠️ URGENT: Beware of Suspicious Email Posing as "Court Online Shared Doc"

Dear Clients,

We have been made aware that a malicious email is circulating and has reached several inboxes. Please read the following carefully:

🚨 What to look out for:
• Subject Line: "Court Online shared Doc"
• Sender: The name may appear legitimate, but the actual address is not.
• Body: The email has no message body or contains minimal text.
• Attachment: A suspicious .docx file is attached (e.g., CaseDetails.docx).

🛑 Do NOT:
• Open the attachment
• Click on any links
• Reply to the email
Instead, delete the email immediately.

🔍 Additional Tip – Check the Sender:
• The sender’s name might appear familiar or generic, but the actual email address is often fake or suspicious — such as coming from a free email service like Gmail or an unusual domain.
• Always hover over the sender’s name to reveal the full email address.
If it looks suspicious or unfamiliar, don’t engage.

If you’re unsure about any email, especially those with attachments or requests for action, please contact our support team. It's always safer to double-check than to risk opening harmful content.
