MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The conversion of data to quality sales using sales techniques and best business practices
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve Targets
Achieve individual sales target for Gross Additions
Achieve weekly and monthly call stats
2. Handle Inbound Calls
Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
3. Cold calling
Ability to acquire new customers
Ability to up-sell and cross-sell
Ability to conduct effective research into a client prior to making contact
4. Customer Relationship Management
Responsible for developing relationships with existing customers
Maintain and grow existing client base
Conduct customer account analysis
Maintain, build and service relationships on a regular basis
Ability to retain out-of-contract and renewable customers
5. Query management
Identify, address, and resolve concerns / queries
Provide regular and prompt feedback to clients in a timely manner
6. Reporting
Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and monthly sales pipelines
Provide daily activity and sales report
Up-to-date reporting on marketing leads provided
Reports to be submitted within the time frames required
7. Processes and Procedures
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Matric / Senior certificate
At least 1 year experience working in telecommunications or similar positions in the customer service or sales environment.
At least 1 year experience within an inbound/outbound contact center environment with a proven track record
Must have knowledge of the Mobile Telecommunications environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications and Experiences
Broadband products and industry knowledge experience advantageous

Salary: A lucrative uncapped commission structure with basics of R3000 depending on achieve targets
