Your brand far extends the logo, design, or product, it’s the parking lot, paint on the walls, smile on your staff’s face.

The way you reply to an e-mail and even the way follows up.

I know I’m preaching to myself here as much as I am to whoever is interested in reading here.

There has always been this notion of product-market fit, I believe to get to growth faster we must go beyond product-market fit.

It’s always time to raise the client as high as you can. Everything is all about your customer.

Delivering your personal best, following up, answering being there, and delivering what you promise.

Probably most important, fix your mistakes and pick up the pieces when you fail.

Make it right learn on the fly and keep improving as much as possible.

Here are a few things I am doing to ensure I fix every aspect of what I deliver. . .

1.) No is no longer an option Yes, I’ll find a way, or I’ll find out

2.) Listen to your customer follow up and pursue satisfaction

3.) Know your hours, cost, and other numbers by heart

4.) Leverage your strengths, hire for your weaknesses

5.) Things will go wrong be prepared

What can you add to the list, I look forward to what great advice you gurus share!!

Familiarity by design. Think about the following interesting little knowledge bit.

Do you believe that great graphics that make an impact when it comes to selling is merely picked because they look cool?

What works better in which situations. One of those Yes that is why you should know your target audience moments.

Did you know that when you have a background that closely resembles the local of your audience that it will be more familiar to them and on a deeper level automatically trigger a familiar commonality that in turn makes your graphic more trustworthy and relatable?

Are you doing all it takes to ensure that not only does your product or service rock! But you also make your audience feel comfortable and more in tune with your offering's graphic.

Why create content?

At face value probably the most pertinent question I get asked, also followed by the excuse that there is just no time.

Apart from letting visitors getting to know you, what you do, and get more insight into what you offer. (Very important) But the second part of it is, that this is probably one of the most undervalued (nonpayment) ways of getting onto the search engine results pages.

Take it you have probably around five to ten pages of content onto your website where you score some search traffic for your main key-phrases that Google uses to index your site. The problem is your main pages are probably only delivering on five to ten key phrases in google's index.

So you have for your subject matter a competitive input into the search engine world, five to ten entries. In a pool of thousands even millions.

When you write content about what you do problems you solve tactics whatever to gain more search engine entries (get indexed more often).

Thus more so you can get your site entered into (place search engine name here) site index the better chance you have for showing up in search results.

Yes, I've oversimplified it for now but writing a blog article creates more links between your pages (if you do the linking) It delivers good answers to your client's question, and in doing so you build more and more Keypharses into the search verse!

Make the effort, write a couple of articles and blogs and more and see your results improve.

You must stand for something!

And then build upon that to become the brand your customers need but more so the brand your customers deserve.

It is quite relevant then to also think of what space your brand fills in your market, nope you are not for everyone, and if you align your brand with a different audience than the one you speak to, you will have a mismatch in attaining the brand status you wish to achieve.

Just as much as living your brand purpose so is delivering your brand (as a whole, values, services, experience) but also delivering your brand to the right audience.

If there is a gaping open hole or mismatch you will not be able to fully take advantage of what you and your brand stand for in servicing the audience your brand speaks to.

It's quite an essential part of the placement, tone, and discussion topics. I believe that the quintessential starting point to deliver the best service is finding the perfect match has it be values match, expectations, and deliverables match.

I can conclude that there will be some creep, between your deliverables and the expectation but if managed correctly and targeted to the correct ears your outcomes will be way more efficient and received in a much better light than if you deliver to an unmatched audience and unmanaged experience.

Very tricky notions to keep in mind when you craft away at your next post or video or even worse next service or product delivery. This I believe is the starting foundation of where your business needs to more than fulfill the needs but also find the right mix of shared values and audience.

The question would then be are you using the right method to get your voice out or are you merely trying to hook as much as you can?

The power of being absolute!

You must go beyond, merely reaching another milestone, this in my mind leads to states of unfulfillment.

If you need to reach a certain point and you reached it what then? Yes, you re-adjust and refocus and work on the next one but what if you set yourself up for something that isn’t in relation to? Or even better the never-ending push and drive.

I know you’re thinking what the heck something that can never be achieved, yes.

There has always been the adage that if you reach for the moon and miss at least you’ll end up between the stars, or something like that.

But think of it if you miss you might even suffocate in space (yes that’s a quote too!) I have really started thinking that why reach for the stars when there are so much more what if you reach the stars and you are all alone in the sky, or even worse you end up on the dark side of the moon.

Why not reach as high as you can today, and then double that tomorrow and then some more the day after. No more limitations. No result but continuous improvement.

Yes, it definitely is attainable and yet never-ending take the 1% better every day, you can keep improving and improving and improving (I can go on) imagine you get so much further and better than ever anticipated because the driver isn’t about anything more than all you are!
Just something I was pondering.
