Are you an experienced accounts payable or creditors professional with exceptional reconciliation skills? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage landlord and creditor accounts, process payments, perform reconciliations, and build strong professional relationships in a financial environment.

✅ Prepare forecasts and monthly accounts for landlords
✅ Load monthly landlord payments
✅ Prepare and load council schedules and payments
✅ Reconcile landlord and creditor accounts
✅ Prepare and process weekly payments
✅ Update electricity schedules for running costs linked to LED sites
✅ Liaise with landlords and creditors regarding accounts, payments, and queries
✅ Maintain creditor and landlord age analyses
✅ Process monthly creditor accounts
✅ Prepare monthly creditor payment packs and load payments
✅ Load City of Tshwane accounts weekly
✅ Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounts payable records
