Suddenly we didn't need an IT Admin in our (small) company and also didn't have to make sure the Mail server was always up and running and available to the global team.

The video we are sharing today is a little more technical and called "What is Watson AIOps". Bringing AI to IT Operations has a whole lot of benefits. This video discusses some of the features in IBM's Watson AIOps.

For those of you that know Netcool, it is included in Watson AIOps and the data from Netcool then processed by AI and ML to give a major advantage to end-users. The GUI has been improved and it now can run on Openshift too.
