A telecommunication company in Hatfield is seeking good quality call centre agents for their offices in Hatfield who have experience within the customer care inbound industry.

Description
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Reliable own transportation
Previous customer care industry experience within a call center environment - would be an advantage
Computer literate (MS Office)
Strong customer service
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communications skills
Fluent in English
