Join our growing Internet Services team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing connectivity issues, assisting them through various communication channels to troubleshoot and restore their internet services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with internet connectivity and service-related queries
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing platforms
• Escalate complex issues where required
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Previous call centre, customer service, or ISP experience will be advantageous
