• Resolve issues: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Manage infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain computers, routers, and switches.
• Provide support: Deliver top-tier first-line technical support both in-person and remotely.
• Network support: Assist with local network installations and troubleshoot connectivity faults.
• Customer service: Provide clear, friendly in-store technical assessments and advice to retail clients.

• Hardware diagnostics: Repair, upgrade, and maintain a wide variety of customer laptops and desktop PCs
• System configuration: Install operating systems, resolve software conflicts, and remove malware.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven IT support experience.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications or equivalent.
• Skills: Proficiency with remote desktop tools like AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical info to non-technical users.
• Valid Drivers License
