City Press claims that only 38% of NFVF budget is actually spent on financing films.

Hard to read but let's hope the Female black leader does not sink and that true change can come of the NFVF Cause we really need it to get better. And deliver better services throughout South Africa, developing programs for the undermined provinces, and such work will need a lot of money and hard work.
