Refund policy
All second-devices sold by us are accurately described regarding their condition. Please review the product description and accompanying details before making a purchase.
You may return any product that you bought from us if:
1. Recieved the wrong item;
2. the product has a technical fault;
Please note our refunds will not include
1. Physical damage.
2. Water damage
Caused by the customer.
You can return the wrong item product to our store, provided:
1. it is unopened, undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
2. the Returned Product is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition;
3. it is not missing any accessories or parts; and
4. You return the product to the Store together with the invoice you received from the Store
5. You can only return a product within 30 days.

•Returns/refund
Once we have inspected the Returned Product and validated your return request we will refund your money within 10 working days of the return being received at our warehouse or service centre.
•Return penalties
If the packaging is in any way opened, damaged or tampered with, we will charge you a handling fee of up to 20% (twenty percent) of the total purchase price of the Returned Product.
(All Returned Products are subject to inspection by us prior to a refund or an exchange)
•Package collection
If you want us to collect the Returned Product from you, please make sure to email us a returns request.
•Faulty Products
All Itech Store products are covered by the suppliers warranty. Please send it back to us within the stipulated warranty term.
•Refunds
Refunds will be done electronically via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by you. In certain circumstances where possible.
•Refunds may take between 10-14 working days to process.
In order to process EFT refunds we will require a copy of the customers ID copy as well as a proof of payment (please email or WhatsApp)
