Client Update 🤍

I am back at the office this week and currently catching up on all messages. If you are waiting on a reply, please know I will get to you as soon as possible.

I am also working through all outstanding ETAs that fell behind and am doing my absolute best to get everything completed as soon as possible.

Notice to Clients – 24 February

Dear Valued Clients,
It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of a recent passing in my close family this afternoon, 24 February. During this time, I will need to tend to funeral arrangements and family responsibilities, and I will therefore be temporarily unavailable.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and grace during this difficult period.

Please rest assured that, in between arrangements, I will continue working on current design projects wherever possible. Each of you remains a priority to me, and I am committed to completing all work as soon as possible while maintaining the quality and care you deserve.

Your continued support means more than I can express. Without you, By His Grace Studios would not be what it is today, and I am truly grateful for every single client.
