Are You a passionate energetic individual with a drive for sales?
Migarda Investments is a National Telkom dealer that has 40 Telkom stores operating in 3 different regions across the country (KZN, WC and NC).
We are looking for Target driven individuals to join our sales team to fill roles in our Telkom Stores located in Gugulethu Square and Nonkqubela Link (Khayelitsha).

Candidate needs a minimum of 2 years’ sales and managerial experience.

Candidates must possess a competitive drive to meet sales targets, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment, an eye for detail towards compliance, manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and good work ethics.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Retail Sales Management
· Retail Financial Management
· Retail Stock Management
· Customer Experience Management
· Retail Operations Management
· People Management
· Performance Management Always following Company policies and keeping updates with the latest Telkom offers/changes. Most importantly you must have a passion for Customer Service and be driven to deliver a WOW
customer experience.

Desired Experience & Qualification
· Minimum 2 Years Managerial experience
· Preference will be given to candidates with previous Telkom supervisory/management experience within the Retail Store domain.

Special Requirements:
· Valid driver's license and access to own transport will be advantage.
· Must be able to work Retail hours that includes Saturday and Sunday working.
· Knowledge of the Telkom Products, Services and Systems will be advantage

Salary: R8500.00 per month Incentives Commission Provident Fund Health Insurance
