OneSpace is one system. Access, visitor management and community records sit together. Each person uses their own 1iD, so a manager and a resident are not sharing a password. One place to run the site. Less app fatigue for the people on it.

A name at the gate is not a record. GateBook captures the visit as it happens. Who arrived, which vehicle they used, and when they left.
The detail stays with that visit, so a manager can see the movement without chasing a paper log. Reliable visitor management, in the same OneSpace system as the rest of the site.

OneAccess uses that for access at the gate and the door. Residents move through without a fob to find, and managers still set who may enter, where, and when. Convenient for the person arriving. Controlled for the site.

Communities already know how to raise the alarm. Ten households report the same outage so the file carries weight. Ten reference numbers should make the issue clearer, not create ten separate jobs.

Central now keeps those reports on one incident. Group the related submissions, hold every reference number together, assign people and responsible services, and move the record from Reported to In Progress to Closed. Then schedule an incident report with the parameters you choose, emailed on a rhythm you set, so the right party receives the week’s open cases without the office rebuilding the pack each time.

OneChat Reporter can prefill that same incident from a community WhatsApp thread.

Introducing OneChat Reporter. Community WhatsApp groups hold the photo, the complaint and the context, but finding that thread later is the hard part.

OneChat turns the conversation into a prefilled incident draft. The manager still reviews it, completes it and submits it. The record then sits in the same Single-System Community Solution that already administers access control and visitor management.

OneAccess gives residents everyday entry with facial recognition, Bluetooth®, key cards and more. Visitors use a PIN or QR code, including on GateBook. Site managers still set the rights. Residents and guests just get on with the day.
